Exposure at the event can include direct interaction, exhibition displays, participation in panel discussions (subject to approval), branding on all event documentation and promotion as well as coverage in event videos. In addition, NewNet can offer exposure to our network of 50,000 industry professionals via our newsletters, websites and print publications as part of any sponsorship package.

New Energy World Network Limited (NewNet) will not provide refunds for cancellations. Invoiced sums are payable in full in advance of the event. Should you be unable to attend you may propose a substitute delegate from the same organisation, more than 48 hours before the event, who must be approved by NewNet. NewNet reserves the right to reject any registrants or substitutes if it believes they do not meet the criteria for event attendees. NewNet's decision in this matter is final.

If you supply us with the full details of the amended delegates more than 48 hours before an event, we should be able to accommodate these changes.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and would be happy to confirm your booking over the phone. Please call  +44 (0)20 7749 1270 to pay in this way. In addition we can also send you a direct payment link so that you can complete your payment online.

Payment terms are 30 days. Payment must be received before the date of the NewNet event and delegates may be refused entry if this has not been received.

Access to delegate lists (if available) is only granted on the day to event delegates. Certain NewNet events do not supply delegate lists on the request of our advisory board.

Detailed information on event programmes can be found on the specific event websites. NewNet reserves the right to alter the programme without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the alteration of the dates of the event.

We do, but only for certified groups such as charities or governmental organisations. In order to be eligible for this discount you will need to provide us with details of your organisation’s status.

Registration to all NewNet events includes access to the full event programme and includes lunch, as well as morning and afternoon refreshments. Evening drinks receptions and dinners may require further reservation.

To minimise waste, we aim to cut down on any printed material. Information can be found on individual event websites and you will receive a full delegate pack on the day. Please also see our terms and conditions.
