PV wafer manufacturer Nexolon seeks to raise $191m through IPO

South Korean photovoltaic (PV) component manufacturer Nexolon is aiming to raise KRW203.6bn ($191m) through an initial public offering. The company applied to the Korea Exchange to sell 22.6 million new shares for a price of between KRW7,600 ($7.4) and KRW9,000 ($8.4), it was reported in Bloomberg. Suzlon fined $490,000 for pollution violations in US

India-based wind turbine manufacturer Suzlon has been fined $490,000 by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for committing air quality, hazardous waste, solid waste and storm water violations at its manufacturing plant in Pipestone, Minnesota in the US.
