UK-based electric vehicle (EV) charging company POD Point has appointed James Grigg as its new CFO as the company enters its fourth year of trading.
Grigg will join the POD with over 30 years of experience in business and finance. He worked for many years in an investment bank in the city working on utilities, privatisations as well as arranging equity and debt financing.
The position will be eventful after POD was recently selected by the Office for Low Emissions Vehicles (OLEV) to develop the National Chargepoint Registry.
The Registry will provide an interactive map showing the locations of charge points in the UK, allowing developers of apps, satnavs and websites to develop platforms showing their availability.
