Greenhouse Gas Services acquires waste energy company Storm Fisher from private equity firm

Greenhouse Gas Services (GGS), a joint venture between GE and AES, has acquired StormFisher, the Canadian farm waste to electricity company, which the company said will allow GGS to expand into new markets outside America.
