SGP set to acquire 100 per cent of Caley shares over three-year period

Following the initial acquisition of Caley Geothermal in November 2006, Canadian renewable energy company Sierra Geothermal Power (SGP) is now set to acquire 100 per cent of the company by issuing 18,000,000 shares over a three-year period.
