US renewable fuel company XcelPlus to target renewable and alternative energy

Renewable fuel company XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc., is to establish a seven person board of directors to guide future strategy of the company, following the recent resignation of Bill Smith as chairman and sole board member. The company also plans to broaden its charter in renewable and alternative energy, including solar.
