Waste Management’s Wheelabrator Technologies to build US waste energy facility

The Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority, in conjunction with the Frederick County Division of Utilities and Solid Waste Management and Carroll Country Department of Public Works, has selected Wheelabrator Technologies to construct and operate a new, waste-to-energy facility.

    Could you please provide me with details of Capital Cost to set up a plant to produce 7MWh electricity from municipality waste.I would also highly appreciate ROI data if possible. Costing in USD$ would be sufficient for me.Kind regards.
