Committee on Climate Change urges UK to reserve funding for low-carbon innovation

The Committee on Climate Change (CCC) has advised the UK to protect funding for a suite of low-carbon technologies, which if developed here would help to reduce emissions by 80 per cent by 2050, whilst providing the basis for green economic growth in the longer term.
