Ferro issues public offering of 29.5 million shares of common stock

Specialty materials company Ferro Corporation is offering to sell 29.5 million shares of its common stock in an underwritten offering. The underwriters have been granted an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 4.425 million shares of common stock.
