NASDAQ-listed hydrogen fuel cell developer Hydrogenics Corporation has announced that it will sell common shares and warrants in a registered direct offering with two institutional investors, which it expects will result in gross proceeds of $5m before expenses. The offering is due to close on 14 January 2010.
