Retail electric company Minnesota Power has finalised the purchase of a 465-mile transmission line, allowing for the development of the company's renewable energy transport and capabilities. Minnesota Power has acquired the 250KV line connecting Center, North Dakota with its Arrowhead Substation in Hermantown, Minnesota, for $70m.
