The energy plan and $1.39 will get you a large cup of coffee. Provincial utilities are already turning down solar connections due to lack of funding, the Ontario Energy Board has suggested that the plan requires more than wishful thinking, perhaps a small level of technical direction, and oh, there is a provincial election in October 2011.
That is not to say that the current government with its magic promises will not get re-elected. But if you think that will be a sure thing, I have property in downtown Cairo for sale.
