Peabody Energy and GreatPoint Energy to develop carbon capture coal-to-hydrogen facilities

NYSE-listed coal company Peabody Energy and clean coal developer GreatPoint Energy have agreed to pursue development of coal-to-gas and coal-to-hydrogen projects in the US and worldwide with carbon capture and storage that would achieve near-zero carbon emissions while liberating vast quantities of stranded oil.
