Biofuels Power Corporation finalises purchase of Texas generating station for renewable power

Biofuels Power Corporation, a US alternative fuels company, has finalised its purchase of the decommissioned HO Clarke Electric Generating Station in Texas, US. The acquisition includes 79 acres of land, together with the infrastructure, equipment, buildings and other improvements.
