Showa Shell subsidiary to market solar modules under GE brand

The Japanese arm of energy giant Shell, Showa Shell Sekiyu, will supply the proprietary copper, indium, and selenium (CIS) thin-film solar modules produced by its subsidiary Solar Frontier as part of General Electric’s (GE) globally-marketed portfolio of solar energy solutions.
