Solar technology company Amtech appoints Bert Goudena to board of directors

Amtech Systems, a global supplier of production and automation systems and related supplies for the manufacture of solar cells, has appointed Bert J G Goudena to its board of directors. Goudena's appointment fills the vacancy left by the resignation of Brian Hoekstra, who recently became the CEO of a publicly traded company.
