Global water treatment company Amiad Filtration Systems has acquired the entire share capital and ownership rights of Arkal Filtration Systems Cooperative Agricultural Society and its affiliated corporations from shareholders Kibbutz Beit Zera in exchange for $10m cash and 3,284,159 of Amiad's 0.5 NIS ordinary shares.
