NASDAQ-listed wind energy company Broadwind Energy has launched a public offering of 15 million shares of its common stock, for $0.001 per share. In this offering, Broadwind will sell ten million newly issued shares and Tontine Capital Partners and some of its affiliated funds will the other five million shares.
