Horizon Wind Energy, a US-based clean power company owned by Portugal's EDP Renovaveis, has secured a contract from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) to sell 171MW of renewable energy credits for ten years from its Marble River Wind Farm currently development in Clinton County, New York.
