Great initiative. There is also lot of buzz going about the introduction of Green Certificate Trading and Energy Efficiency Certificate trading in India to further promote green power and energy efficiency. If this comes true, Indian green power producers and energy efficient entities would have enjoy another source of revenue stream.

India should be a great market too. The abundant sunlight throughout most of the year and the environment consciousness amongst the emerging professionals this seems a very promising market in India. With the engineering talent and manpower, solar plants as targeted by the Indian Government should be achievable.
