The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has made a €125m investment in two Central European subsidiaries of Spanish renewable energy operative Iberdrola. The bank, which supports projects in the region spanning Central Europe to Central Asia, will take equity stakes in Iberdrola Renewables Polska, Poland, and Iberdrola Renovables Magyar, Hungary.
