EPA sets 2011 biofuel percentages to meet 2022 target

The percentage standards that the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed for the four RFS2 fuels categories in 2011 under its Renewable Fuel Standard programme include cellulosic biofuels at between 0.0004 and 0.015 per cent, advanced biofuels at 0.77 per cent and biomass-based diesel at 0.68 per cent.
