Chinese vehicle manufacturer Jianghuai Automobile Company (JAC) and China-based electric vehicle company Hybrid Kinetic will invest RMB30bn ($4.4bn) in an electric vehicle manufacturing facility in Hefei city, through a newly-formed agreement.
