AIM-listed investment fund Ludgate Environmental Fund has released its end of year results to 30 June 2009. The fund focuses on companies with products or services which optimise the use of natural resources while reducing environmental impact has achieved a £15m increase in Net Asset Value (NAV) to £50.4m from £35.4m in 2008 of which, £21.1m is currently invested. Approximately £1.6m was earned in interest income and dividends from these investments. The NAV per share at year end was 110p, as a result, the directors have been able to recommend a dividend of 1.5p per share.
