Greenhunter Energy has agreed to acquire marine –based diesel fuel, methanol and lubricant suppliers L&L Holdings (Louisiana), together with its wholly-owned subsidiary L&L Oil and Gas Services, for approximately $27.5m. The deal includes 17 facilities along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, including deepwater terminaling assets.
