Algae-based biofuel company SCIPIO receives investment capital

Algae-based biofuel company SCIPIO Biofuels, Inc. has received an undisclosed amount of investment capital through Peter Girgis’s private purchase of stock.
SCIPIO Biofuels is an algae-based biofuels and green energy company which designs and builds algae-based biofuel facilities.
The new technology will open the idea of algae based renewable fuels in regions subject to extreme temperatures and humidity, the company said.
