Integrated energy company ENERGY Developments has received a AUS$280m offer for landfill gas assets from a group of private equity investors, led by Australian private equity house Archer Capital, according to reports.
ENERGY Developments owns and operates an international portfolio of power generation facilities in Australia, the US, the United Kingdom and Europe from a range of fuel sources including landfill gas, coal mine methane, natural gas and liquefied natural gas.
Archer holds an existing 19.9 per cent stake in ENERGY Developments. The firm has over AUS$2bn in funds under management.
