Green technology company Axis Technologies Group expands distribution agreement with Robert Light and Energy Industries

Axis Technologies Group, a green technology manufacturer, has expanded its distributor relationship with energy efficient lighting systems company Robert Light and Energy Industries.

RLE has now included the Axis ballast in several recent contract proposals presented to municipal and school administration clients with total potential ballast requirements of over 4,000 units.

RLE vice president of sales and marketing David Wallach, said, ‘We have been including Axis ballasts in some of our proposals over the past couple of years, but there has never been a time before when we have felt that the market was ripe for accepting and budgeting for energy efficient technologies than right now. Specifically, we have targeted Axis Technologies to provide us with a feasible solution for auto dimming to harvest natural sunlight. The need to quickly shed lighting load remotely in a facility can now be achieved simply and economically.’

Jim Erickson, president of Axis Technologies, added, ‘We look forward to building a close and mutually productive relationship with RLE Industries. With their market position and technical expertise and our innovative addressable demand response ballast, RLE and Axis can offer to both corporate and government clients a low cost solution to the vexing problem of managing energy demands in fluorescent lighting.’
