Renewable energy private equity firm Haywood Dorland Energy Capital shakes up management team

Haywood Dorland Energy Capital, a private equity firm focusing on renewable energy, has added to its management team.
The firm hired Runa Ganguly Rosenfield as legal counsel and head of risk management. Rosenfield comes to the company from O’Melveny & Myers as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions/private equity group.
Julien Rosso was appointed vice president. Previously, he worked at Glitnir Capital in renewable energy project finance and has honed his experience in the development and financing of geothermal projects in the US. Prior to Glitnir Capital, Rosso worked for five years in corporate credit at Calyon, the corporate and investment banking division of Credit Agricole.
In addition, Bryan Butler and Dov Kesten have both been welcomed on board as associates. Butler recently served as a research analyst at Lux Research and was formally a senior analyst at Cinium Partners, a private equity firm. Kesten worked at Merrill Lynch, Solar Unlimited and Sungrid in Australia.
