Viper Networks merges with its subsidiary Green Key Environmental Solutions

Viper Networks has signed an agreement to merge with its subsidiary Green Key Environmental Solutions.

Green Key received an administrative office in Saudi Arabia, as well as sales, marketing technical support staff from Viper Networks to help in its Asian distribution of technology that ferments and digests food waste.

Viper Networks CEO Farid Shouekani said, ‘We plan to utilise our international contacts to aggressively and effectively bring Green Key’s patented products and services to market. Our initial efforts in Middle East have been very well received from both government and commercial channels and we look forward to exploring distribution opportunities worldwide.

‘Upon closing of this merger, we expect to implement a corporate name and release a new corporate web site with information on all of the company’s products and services. We will continue to announcement developments as events transpire,’ Shouekani concluded.

Viper Networks expects to complete its due diligence and finalise the merger in the next 45 days.
