Acro Energy appoints Nat Kreamer as president

25 January 2010

Acro Energy Technologies Group, a US based consolidator of solar technologies, has appointed Nat Kreamer as company president. Kreamer, formerly founder of solar financing business SunRun, has been appointed after serving as the interim president since of Acro Energy since June 2009 in place of Harry Fleming who will continue as CEO.

The appointment builds on the developing relationship between SunRun and Acro Energy Technologies established in October 2009, after the formation of a strategic partnership between SunRun and Acro.

‘Nat’s experience in the solar industry will continue to be invaluable to the company. His expertise and strategic insight will help us grow across the US as we acquire additional companies in the solar and alternative energy delivery markets,’ said Fleming.

Prior to SunRun Kreamer worked in varied energy related fields from trading wholesale energy, to consulting for Virtu Energy, a commodity trading firm. He has also worked with Price Waterhouse Cooper Energy Advisory Service and formerly Enron Clean Technology Ventures.

Last October Acro signed its third solar acquisition agreeing to the purchase of EE Solar, a Los Angeles based solar installer, in the form of a stock purchase agreement for $1.5m. Acro Energy was formerly Acro Electric an investment vehicle used by Lonestar Capital Corp. The two entities merged to become Acro Energy Technologies Corp in May 2009.
