Genesis Invest acquires majority stake in green product distribution company Green Eco Sys

Genesis Invest has acquired a 51 per cent stake in green product distribution company Green Eco Sys.

Green Eco Sys and Genesis Invest have been working successfully together for around nine months. With the acquisition of the majority stake in the Miami-based distribution specialists, Genesis Invest has secured long-term access to the US market for all products and solutions, the company said.

‘This sales market is of key importance to Genesis. Acquiring a stake in Green Eco Sys is therefore strategically very important to us,’ said Wolfgang Goese, managing director of Genesis Invest.

Genesis Invest invests in, and provides, alternative ecological products and solutions as well as the development and use of renewable energy sources.

Genesis Invest also provides services for the management of international licenses and the sale of technologies for local water treatment and the supply of drinking water, the production and supply of renewable energies, and ecological products and processes.
