SunWize and Solon establish US solar partnership

Wholesale solar distributor SunWize Technologies, has agreed a strategic partnership with Solon Corporation to distribute its solar modules for the North American market.

Solon Corporation is a subsidiary of the German-based Solon, one of Europe’s largest solar module manufacturers and a supplier of solar power plants.

Solon’s Tucson, Arizona manufacturing facility began operations in 2007 and sources many of its materials from US suppliers.

‘We are excited to announce our newest module manufacturer relationship. We have a partner that shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and the growth of green jobs in America,’ said David Kaltsas, executive vice president at SunWize.

SunWize Technologies is a subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., and offers solar energy solutions to homes and businesses in the US and abroad. The company manufactures a full line of engineered solutions.

The Solon Group’s core business is the manufacture of solar modules in various performance categories and the construction of turnkey solar power plants.
