enXco Service Corporation signs operations and maintenance agreement for Chevron’s Casper Wind Power Project

enXco Service Corporation has signed an operations and maintenance agreement with Chevron Global Power Company, a division of Chevron U.S.A. Inc. for the 16.5MW Casper Wind Power Project located in Natrona County, Wyoming.
Construction of the project commenced in June 2009, with an anticipated completion date in the fourth quarter 2009. enXco Service Corporation will provide commissioning assistance during construction, on-site O&M for the turbines and the balance of plant during the first five years of operations, according to the company. In addition to operation and maintenance services provided at the site, remote monitoring of the wind turbines will be provided from enXco Service Corp’s Operations Control Center located near Chandler, Minnesota.
enXco Service Corporation provides O&M services to more than 5,200 turbines nationwide representing 4,200MW of wind energy.
