German superconducting materials developer Bruker Energy & Supercon Technologies (BEST) has acquired the assets of Aachen, Germany-based AIXUV, which develops extreme ultraviolet XUV and EUV systems for thin-film applications. The company said AIXUV has been relocated to the BEST operations base in Bergisch Gladbach but financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
